Wat je gaat doen As a Production Worker at Perfetti Van Melle, you contribute to the smooth running of the production process in a three-shift system. You work in a dynamic environment where accuracy and flexibility are essential. With your commitment, you ensure that our products meet quality standards and that the team achieves its daily targets. You are an important link in the process, with a strong eye for detail and safety.

You will work in a three-shift schedule from Monday to Friday:

• 07:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 23:00
• 23:00 - 07:00Night shifts start on Sunday evening at 23:00, which means you start your weekend earlier on Fridays.
  
  What you will do:
  • Stock replenishment: Ensure materials are available on time for production
  • Sorting: Organize and process finished products correctly
  • Work environment maintenance: Keep the workplace clean, safe, and organized
  • Deviation reporting: Identify and report issues or irregularities in the production process
  • Support: Contribute to an efficient production process by working closely with your colleagues

• Gross hourly wage of €18.05 + 20% shift allowance.
• Temporary contract for approximately two months, extendable.
• Full-time role in a 3-shift schedule (36-40 hours/week).
• 8% holiday allowance for additional financial support.
• Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.
• Free parking and bicycle facilities available on-site.
• Option for weekly salary payments for added flexibility.
