Production Team Member (32-40h) - Tea Company Perks

Bird & Blend Tea Co. is seeking a Production Team Member at The Nest, Woods Way, Goring-by-Sea, BN12 4QY, to weigh tea and matcha, run machinery, assemble packaging and support the Sticky Chai blending process.

This is a hands-on role requiring efficiency, attention to detail and teamwork. The contract is fixed-term (minimum 3 months) with 32-40 hours per week on a 7am-3:30pm shift; Sundays may be required.
