£35,000 - £42,000 + Further Career Progression + Full bespoke Industry Training

Office based with some Hybrid, Commutable from Evesham, Cheltenham, Ledbury, Cirencester, Churchdown, Gloucester, Kineton and surrounding areas

Are you a self starting and highly organised Production Supervisor, Production Team Leader or Manufacturing supervisor with a background in any Engineering , Fabrication, Electro-Mechanical Machinery or Servicing sectors, looking to oversee a varied, skilled team of engineers, production operative and quality technicians, where you will receive full industry technical training and the scope to progress your career whilst having a strong impact on this close knit prestigious manufacturer?

• Overseeing the Workshop, Production and Small Service teams
• Working closely with the senior leadership team to improve operational efficiency across the Engineering functions

• Previous Production or Manufacturing supervision or team leadership experience

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position.
