Our client is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team of up to 15 people across 2-3 production lines, ensuring production targets, quality and safety standards are consistently met.

The Role
Supervising up to 15 employees across multiple production lines
Ensuring daily production targets and KPIs are achieved
Managing team performance, attendance and holiday cover
Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality
Ensuring procedures and production standards are followed
Supporting training and development of team members
Working closely with Quality and other departments
Identifying issues and driving continuous improvement
Using production data to improve efficiency and performance

The Candidate
Previous supervisory or team leader experience
Production or manufacturing background
Food/FMCG manufacturing experience is highly desirable
Confident making decisions and managing a busy team
Understanding of health, safety and quality standards
LEAN/continuous improvement knowledge advantageous
