Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and prioritization of backlogged work orders (W/O).
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that W/O prioritization aligns with production goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate with the Production Control Specialist to plan, forecast, and allocate materials based on backlog requirements.
• Oversee the timely and accurate allocation of materials to support production schedules.
• Submit move orders as needed to support efficient production flow and assist in mitigating backlog issues.
• Identify and resolve issues related to work order assignments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably within production, operations, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in backlog management, work order prioritization, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with material handling, distribution processes, and forecasting techniques.
