Job Description

Would you like to be part of a pioneering team establishing a brand-new manufacturing facility for critical medical technology?
Join our client's growing Technical Operations team and play a key role in setting up and scaling a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment for active implantable medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup of a new manufacturing system, including equipment installation, infrastructure, and production layout.
- Lead or support validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for production equipment and processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and other relevant standards.
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers to ensure timely delivery, installation, and technical readiness of manufacturing systems.
- Create and improve SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance procedures for production activities.
- Implement and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure consistent manufacturing performance.
- Work closely with Quality and Regulatory Affairs to align production processes with certification and audit requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process robustness, efficiency, and product quality.
- Support supplier management activities and oversee manufacturing-related vendor performance.
- Travel regularly within the BeNeLux region to coordinate technical setup and supplier activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in high-tech or health-tech manufacturing, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g., ISO 13485).
- Experience in production setup or technology transfer is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with validation practices for manufacturing processes and equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a hands-on, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (C1) and Dutch (B2) is advantageous.
