Because at Elis, production site managers put all human and resources in place to foster team work and pilot and plan the entire production to meet quality, cost, deadline, and safety objectives (2 teams in 2x8 shifts). They coordinate production with support services (maintenance, logistics, quality) to ensure the smooth operation of the site and the rapid resolution of problems. They are always looking for ideas to solve issues and enjoy innovating in monitoring performance indicators and aiming for continuous improvement, collaborating with maintenance and management. They ensure the link with the commercial distribution by being attentive to feedback and work with the HR service to recruit, integrate, motivate, and manage their teams.
