Production Operators

What You Need to Know:

This is a great opportunity to join a growing company as a Production Operator. You'll be supporting production activities in a hands on, fast paced environment, where attention to detail and teamwork are valued.

This role follows a 24/7 shift pattern and is offered as a fixed term contract until year end, with view to extension.

Your New Job:

As a Production Operator, you'll report to the Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Lead. You'll be working onsite, taking part in daily production tasks and supporting quality, safety, and performance standards across manufacturing operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely, following set procedures
• Complete production data and records accurately
• Participate in assembly, inspection, and testing of products
• Carry out quality checks and promptly report any issues
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and comply with PPE requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues in manufacturing, engineering, and quality
• Support troubleshooting and help resolve issues on the production line

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience working in a manufacturing/production/maintenance environment
• Able to work 24/7 shifts, undertake manual handling, and stand for long periods of time - essential
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to meet production targets
