Location: Uttoxeter (Elkes Biscuit Factory)

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent & Bank Staff

Hours: Various shifts available - days, nights, and 3 on / 3 off

About the role

Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting Production Operatives to work at the Elkes Biscuit Factory in Uttoxeter. This is a food production role with flexible shift options, making it ideal whether you're looking for full-time work, part-time hours, or occasional shifts to fit around other commitments. Full inductions and training are provided, and immediate starts are available.

Key responsibilities

• Working on production and packing lines within a food manufacturing environment
• Operating machinery safely and following site procedures
• Checking product quality and reporting any issues
• Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Requirements

• Aged 18 or over
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous food production experience is helpful but not essential
