Production Operative
Location: Outskirts of Ashford (own transport required due to location)
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour + regular overtime available at enhanced rates!
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am-5:45pm, with an early finish every Friday at 4:15pm
About the Role

We're recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing business on the outskirts of Ashford. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in the production and assembly of high-quality products using a variety of tools and equipment.
This position would suit someone who enjoys practical work, working as part of a team and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
What You'll Be Doing
- Using hand and power tools, including hammers, drills, and nail guns.
- Assembling and manufacturing products to customer specifications.
- Manual handling and lifting of materials as part of the production process.
What We're Looking For
- Someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work.
- Comfortable lifting materials weighing up to 25kg.
- Previous experience within production, manufacturing, assembly, labouring, woodworking, or similar environments is advantageous.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Safety boots and hi-vis clothing are required.
