We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Richmond. Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery and equipment safely
• Assembling products in line with company standards
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is advantageous but not essential
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Flexibility to work shifts if required
