Production Operative

Interaction Recruitment is the UK's fastest growing independent recruiter with offices Nationwide. A fantastic opportunity has come up with our client for a full time, on-going Production Operative. You will be working in a large, open plan warehouse that is a friendly environment.

Pay - £12.71 per hour (weekly pay) + Shift allowance if working shifts.

Working hours- Rotational shifts, Monday -Sunday, Various shifts available. Overtime available

Location -Goole DN14 7UF (Must be able to drive due to company location)

Contract - Temporary ongoing

The role involves but is not limited to;

• 1. Assisting in the unloading of raw materials and packaging from delivery vehicles to storage areas and from there to production areas.
• 2. To prepare containers and packaging for each production batch; labelling and boxing end products.
• 3. To work within the production team (as directed by Production Supervisor) with preparation and blending of solutions or powder batches according to production schedule, including:
  • a) labelling and bottling finished batches
  • b) transferring bottles/tubs to outer cartons and boxes.
  • c) Moving finished products to appropriate storage area using pallet trucks for forklift trucks
• 4. To maintain clean and tidy production and storage areas as directed by the Supervisor.
