Production Operative

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00am - 3:30pm

Contract: Full-Time Ongoing

Start Date: Immediate

We're seeking reliable

Production Operative to join a busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment within logistics distribution and supply chain industry, with full training provided and opportunities for long-term employment and progression.

The Role

• Carrying out quality checks on products.
• Removing damaged or defective items from the production line.
• Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch.
• Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and compliant with health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the team to ensure production deadlines are met.

What You'll Need

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties.
• Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport due to the site location.
• Ability to complete a 5-year background check and DBS check.
