Job Title: Production Operative - Filling Department

Location: WF17, Batley

Salary: £13.53 per hour (starter rate)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our Filling Department. This role involves operating machinery to fill tins of paint, ensuring quality standards are maintained while working efficiently as part of a team.

Working Hours (Rotating Shift Pattern)

• Week 1: 5:50am - 2:00pm
• Week 2: 1:50pm - 9:30pm

After 12 weeks, employees will move onto an annualised hours contract, which includes a requirement to work 7 Saturdays per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating filling machinery to fill paint tins accurately
• Monitoring production output and quality
• Carrying out repetitive tasks efficiently and safely
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Comfortable with repetitive work
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
