Location: Ashford, Headcorn

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Full-Time, Rotating Weekly Shifts

• Week 1: Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 3:00pm
• Week 2: Monday to Friday - 3:00pm to 11:00pm

Role Overview

HRGO Recruitment Ashford is looking for reliable Production Operatives to join a busy production company located on the outskirts of Ashford. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a production or warehouse background looking for stable, long-term work with the potential to progress into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Moving bottles in the production line
• Filling bottles as part of the manufacturing process
• Labelling and packing finished products
• Following instructions from team leaders and supervisors
• Willingness to rotate between early and late shifts on a weekly basis

Ideal Candidate Will Be

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse settings preferred
• Flexibility to work both shift patterns as required
