We are currently recruiting a Production Operativeto join an established manufacturing team based inMelton, working a rotating shift patternMonday to Friday.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term, permanent rolewithin a growing business.

Rotating shifts:

06:00 - 14:00

14:00 - 22:00

22:00 - 06:00

Pay:

£12.21 per hour

Working within a busy production environment

Operating machinery and supporting manufacturing processes

Following health & safety and quality procedures at all times

Previous experience inproduction or injection mouldingis desirable butnot essential, as full training will be provided.

Ability to work a rotating shift pattern

Own transport is essentialdue to site location and shift times

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Temporary role with permanent placement after 12 weeks(at no additional cost)

Night shift allowancepayable once permanent (TBC)

£80 per month attendance bonusfor 100% full attendance

Stable Monday-Friday working pattern
