Production ML Engineer Databricks & MLflow Hybrid

Intact Insurance is actively seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design and operate production-ready ML systems. You will collaborate with Data Scientists and engineers to shape the ML roadmap, build scalable pipelines, and drive innovation while growing your career.

You'll contribute across feature engineering, model training, scoring, deployment, and monitoring in a hybrid London/Horsham environment with a strong bias toward reliable, observable systems and well-structured code.
