TKO also services and partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry-leading global sports marketing agency; and On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality.IMG are looking for a Production Manager to work alongside the existing R&A Production Manager to oversee productions on behalf of the Royal and Ancient (R&A) Golf organization within the R&A Studios team. PLEASE NOTE : This is a fixed-term contract role until 30th September 2026. Applications will close on Sunday 15th March at 11.59pm UK Time. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Champion IMG's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives as well as ensuring that IMG's Mental Health initiatives are actively supported. Be responsible for negotiating, booking and issuing contracts with vendors, suppliers, freelancers Work closely with colleagues during pre-production, production and post-production to champion and progress IMG's 'GreenToScreen' sustainability goals and reduce the production's carbon footprint wherever viable. Providing operational management of production budgets and schedules of all productions and working closely with the client (R&A directly) Manage the production team including recruiting production coordinators and assistants. Commercial management including negotiating deals with suppliers (personnel and resource) Ensure freelance hires are booked in accordance with current employment/HMRC tax guidelines Preparing budgets for programmes in development Clearing Archive used in the programme and completing post production paperwork Ensuring all productions are kept on budget and to schedule Positive Client Relationships Ensuring all the necessary production and post-production paperwork, contracts, in place for production Manage all risk management elements (insurance, health & safety etc.) within project Manage compliance issues as appropriate Follow all procedures as per IMG Productions Guide Liaising with the finance team to ensure projects are invoiced in a timely manner and financial projections are kept up to date You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job. Knowledge and Experience Experience in on site production Experience in managing junior production management personnel Ability to create a detailed, line-by-line production budget Knowledge of production and post-production technologies and workflows Knowledge of archive and music clearance Knowledge of production insurance, health & safety Experience of dealing with International and UK broadcasters, and an understanding of the UK TV and Digital industry landscape Working Conditions This role is based at Stockley Park with some occasional requirement to work at the Chiswick Park office This is a fixed-term contract until 30/09/2026.
