You'll be at the forefront of a strategic project, tasked with overseeing the relocation and commissioning of specialized slitting machinery from our Dutch facility, Lantor, to our site at Williams of Swansea. The Mission: Learn the Ropes: Spend 3 months in the Netherlands with our expert team to master the machinery and production process. Build from Scratch: Lead the full setup of the new production line in Swansea, ensuring everything is ready to go. Create Your Team: Recruit, train, and manage a new team of 8 production staff, setting up a 24/7 operation. Own the Process: Manage all aspects of production, from receiving materials to dispatching finished goods and solving day-to-day challenges on the line.
