Important note: Temporary start location! You will start working at our Zwolle location until end of 2026. Not only do we provide 100% free transportation back and forth, but your travel time is fully paid (2 hours per workday at your regular hourly wage)!
What you get as a production assistant- Earn up to €2804 per month, including holiday pay and shift allowances (according to CAO)
- Travel allowance up to 80 km per working day
- Full-time contract: 32-40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling: choose your shifts week by week, or opt for a fixed schedule with guaranteed hours

- Picking and packing groceries in the warehouse
- Loading and unloading roll containers for our delivery trucks
- Checking product quality and expiry dates
- Restocking shelves and keeping the workspace clean and safe
- At least 18 years old and physically fit (lifting, walking, standing)
- Proactive, eager to learn, and a real team player
- Basic Dutch or English is enough
- Morning shift: 06:00 - 15:00
- Evening shift: 15:00 - 00:00
- Student shift: 18:00 - 00:00 (at least one evening and one weekend day required)
Choose your preferred shift each day or lock in a fixed schedule.
Location Nijmegen (Temporarily Zwolle)For our upcoming hub in Nijmegen, you will temporarily start working in Zwolle until January 1st. Picnic provides free transport back and forth so you can commute with zero hassle!
