Production Administrator

We're looking for an organised, people-focused Production Administrator to support daily manufacturing operations across at our Cheese & Cheese snacking production facility in Portadown. You'll play a key role in workforce planning, record keeping in various systems and ensuring clear communication across the site team.

This is full time fixed term contract. Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30

What will I be doing?

• Support workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
• Manage time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate and compliant record keeping
• Produce labour reporting to support production performance and planning
• Coordinate communications across the site, linking Production, HR, Planning, and external agencies
• Help maintain smooth day to day coordination to keep operations running efficiently

What do I need to be successful?

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and keep accurate records
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and confidence learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support Production, HR, and Planning with day to day coordination
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and follow site procedures
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
