Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Value Stream Leader - Shoulder to join our team in one of the following locations: Raynham, MA; Raritan, NJ; Warsaw, IN; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Leeds, UK; Cork, IE. The role supports the development and execution of End-to-End Supply Chain initiatives within the Shoulder Platform. It is an entrepreneurial position with strategic and tactical responsibilities in a multi functional global environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize the impact of Supply Chain management by maturing the End-to-End Operating model.
  • Drive cross functional alignment and decision making in ambiguous, complex, and high risk environments.
  • Continuously improve E2E supply chain performance through the Johnson & Johnson Operating System (JJOS) processes, delivering Product Strategy Roadmap, Life cycle Portfolio Prioritization, Product Performance Management, Issue Management, Stakeholder Management, and Portfolio Optimization.
  • Measure and analyze supply chain process performance; develop new analytic methods and digital capabilities; identify proactive escalation opportunities.
  • Facilitate development, creation, and refresh of the Product Strategy Roadmap, collaborate with business partners to prioritize cross functional needs, and translate strategy into responsive production system improvements.
  • Drive prioritization of the Supply Chain's project portfolio, build business cases for new LCM projects, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Enable rapid issue resolution of critical supply and quality events, manage senior leader communications, and engage cross functional teams.
  • Publish and promote Supply Chain performance; coordinate communication with various functions and senior leaders.
  • Conduct analysis to recommend optimal Product Portfolio mix, develop end to end cost and inventory optimization solutions, and collaborate with marketing, regulatory, R&D, and technical groups.
  • Focus on the Shoulder Reconstruction within the Joints Franchise of DePuy Synthes.
  • Own analysis, planning, execution, improvement, and monitoring of performance; review strategic capacity plans and align with the capital plan.
  • Develop business cases, evaluate and prioritize product risks, and facilitate content to advance Supply Chain management maturity.
  • Model E2E scenarios and trade offs, provide options and recommendations to senior leaders, and link franchise strategy to supply chain network strategy.
Qualifications - Required
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in Supply Chain, R&D, or Commercial function.
  • Experience driving operational excellence with measurable financial, quality, and customer service results.
  • Minimum of 4 years working in a cross functional organization, achieving results through relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated project management experience.
  • Experience in demand/production planning, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory management, or delivery to customer.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (Domestic and International).
Qualifications - Preferred
  • Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, planning, project management, procurement, engineering, or R&D.
  • PMI/FPX, Green Belt, Black Belt/Master Black Belt Certification.
  • Lean and Six Sigma experience.
  • Direct manufacturing experience in a healthcare manufacturing operation.
  • Understanding of financial processes such as P&L calculation and COGS.
  • Experience in a global environment.
  • Strong understanding of the new product introduction process.

Compensation

Base pay range: €85,000.00 - €146,050.00 (annual)
