Product Team Lead

Are you a senior Digital Product & Delivery Lead with a strong mix of product thinking, technical understanding, and leadership experience?

We are currently supporting a leading digital solutions and software consultancy in Switzerland with a requirement for a Lead Digital Product & Delivery Manager.

This role combines hands-on delivery of digital projects with leadership responsibility for a team of Project Managers and strategic client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex digital/web-based client projects
• Collaborate with customers on product vision, prioritization, and roadmap planning
• Translate business requirements into technical concepts and specifications
• Work closely with development teams in agile environments
• Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 Project Managers
• Support account management and long-term client relationships
• Identify innovation and cross-sell opportunities
• Continuously improve PM and product delivery processes

Requirements

• Strong experience managing digital product or software projects
• Excellent product mindset and customer-centric thinking
• Strong technical understanding (APIs, REST, Microservices, Cloud, Deployment, SEO, etc.)
• Software development background is a strong plus
• Experience in account management and stakeholder leadership
• Previous leadership experience or strong motivation to lead teams
• Structured, pragmatic, and hands-on working style
• Fluent German and good English skills

Location: Winterthur (hybrid/home office possible)
