Job Opportunity: Installation Engineer (Fixed Term Contract)

Key Details:
- Position: Installation Engineer
- Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
- Daily Rate: £200 - £250
- Working Pattern: Full Time
- Driving Required: Yes (Full UK/EU driving licence)
- Location: Field-based with regular overnight stays throughout the UK & Ireland
What You'll Do:
As an Installation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our Customer Projects team, responsible for:
- Performing high-quality installations of critical instruments including cPro, c8800, c8000, and c6800.
- Troubleshooting and providing 1st level support to ensure seamless operation.
- Maintaining a professional relationship with customers, ensuring their needs and queries are addressed.
- Adhering to safety and IT security standards while working in laboratory settings.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation through teamwork and collaboration.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:
Essential Skills:
- Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical understanding.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic technical expertise and a logical, process-driven mindset.
- Proficient digital literacy, including familiarity with IT security protocols.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in a medical technical environment or as a medical technical assistant.
- Familiarity with medical analytical systems and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools.
