Product Specialist & Technical Service Diagnostics (all genders)

• Completed degree in natural sciences (B.Sc., M.Sc. or Diploma, e.g. Chemistry) or completed vocational training in laboratory technology, analytics, medical technology or related field
• Knowledge and ideally initial professional experience in in vitro or medical diagnostics
• Goal-oriented, structured working style and excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written
• Experience with or strong interest in maintaining and servicing technical equipment, preferably in in vitro diagnostics or medical technology
• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and occasionally internationally

• Providing expert assistance to customers and sales partners regarding diagnostic products
• Demonstrating systems and solutions at trade fairs, conferences and customer events
• Planning and conducting product training sessions for users, sales team and service staff
• Working closely with sales and product management teams on marketing and promotional activities
• Installing, commissioning, maintaining and repairing devices at customer locations throughout Germany
