Product Specialist & Technical Service
Diagnostics (all genders)

Join us as a Product Specialist in Diagnostics (all genders) and take on a key role at the interface between customers, sales, and technical teams. In this position, you will combine your technical expertise with direct customer interaction, ensuring our diagnostic solutions are used effectively. If you enjoy explaining complex topics clearly, like travelling, and value direct customer contact, this role could be an excellent fit for you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise & support: Providing expert assistance to our customers and sales partners regarding our diagnostic products
  • Present & convince: Demonstrating our systems and solutions at trade fairs, conferences and customer events
  • Train & educate: Planning and conducting product training sessions for users, sales team and service staff
  • Collaborate in a team: Working closely with the sales and product management teams on marketing and promotional activities
  • On-site technical support: Installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing our devices at customer locations throughout Germany

YOUR PROFILE

  • Relevant qualification: Completed degree in a natural sciences (B.Sc., M.Sc., or Diploma, e.g., in Chemistry) or a completed vocational training in laboratory technology, analytics, medical technology or a related field
  • Diagnostic expertise: Knowledge and ideally initial professional experience in in vitro or medical diagnostics
  • Analytical skills: Goal-oriented and structured way of working combined with excellent analytical skills
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication abilities in interactions with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Language skills: Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
  • Technical interest: Experience with or strong interest in maintaining and servicing technical equipment, preferably in in vitro diagnostics or medical technology
  • Willingness to travel: regular business trips within Germany, occasionally also internationally
