Location: Leinster (covering hospitals across Ireland)

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a well-established supplier of medical devices and medtech solutions in Ireland, representing a portfolio of global market leading brands. With strong relationships across both public and private hospitals, they continue to grow and invest in their Irish team to support demand across their expanding product range.

THE ROLE:

As Product Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a specialist medical device portfolio into hospitals across Ireland. This role is a mix of account management and business development, engaging with key decision makers across multiple departments in the healthcare system.

• Managing and developing relationships with consultants, procurement teams, nurses, and other clinical stakeholders
• Promoting and demonstrating the product portfolio to drive awareness and adoption
• Working with hospital customers to provide application and product support
• Managing an existing customer base while identifying and winning new business opportunities
• Supporting the wider sales and marketing teams with product launches, campaigns, and events
• Representing the company at conferences and exhibitions across Ireland

THE PERSON:

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Experience in medical device or medtech sales, OR
• Background as a Clinical Support Specialist in medical devices looking to step into a sales role, OR
• A nursing background with strong product knowledge and the ambition to move into medical sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hospital stakeholders
• Commercial drive, resilience, and the ability to manage a field-based sales role
• Based in Leinster with flexibility to travel nationwide
• Full clean driving licence

THE PACKAGE:

• Base Salary: €50,000 - €60,000
