Product Owner/Manager - MES Integration - 12+ Months

We are a looking for an experienced Product Owner/Manager with manufacturing execution system integration experience to join an exciting project at a prominent and global consumer goods organisation and client .

Scope: You will drive the development of a new user interface for a manufacturing system application. This application will be piloted at a plant in Spain (Basque region), with plans to scale globally.

Experience with supply chain and manufacturing would be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, translating strategy into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features aligned with business goals.
• Engage stakeholders to gather feedback, align priorities, and ensure product adoption.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across product life cycle.
• Partner with design and research teams to enhance user experience through data-driven insights.
• Monitor product performance and optimize based on analytics and user feedback.
• and translate them into system specifications.

About You

• 5+ years in product ownership or management, ideally in enterprise or supply chain environments.
• MES (manufacturing execution system) integration experience
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial automation is a strong advantage.
• Proven success in launching and evolving digital products
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies and managing multiple scrum teams.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset.
• Passionate about product excellence and user-centric design.
• Language: Spanish & English

Contract Details:
. Start date: ASAP
. Location: Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Zaragoza- Hybrid
. Duration: 40 hours for 6months + with extensions
. Salary/Hourly rate: Please let us know your expectations
