Our client, a leading Swiss Bank, is looking for an expert to support them in the area of Pricing Tool Design & Development.

As a Pricing Tool Product Owner/Project Lead, you will provide expertise in the domain of financial services pricing processes, tool development, and business transformation.

Setting:

As part of a dynamic and agile team, you will focus on delivering the best possible digital solutions that drive innovation and efficiency in pricing and re-pricing processes within the banking industry.

Focus:

• Pricing Tool Design & Development: Lead the replacement of a Legacy pricing process tool with a new, cutting-edge re-pricing platform that meets stakeholder needs and drives measurable business value.
• Requirement Engineering: Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for the development team.
• Solution Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and validation to ensure the solution meets business expectations.
• Data Analytics & Insights: Evaluate data suitability, assess business processes, and deliver actionable insights.
• Strategic Communication: Align senior management and stakeholders through clear and engaging presentations.
• Project Leadership: Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove obstacles, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams across business and development functions.
• Business-Technology Liaison: Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Background:

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in banking, financial services, or management consulting, with a strong focus on pricing, tool development, transformation projects, and implementation.

Required experience and skills:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking, financial services, or consulting
• Solid understanding of core banking systems (eg HOST/T24)
• In-depth knowledge of pricing processes in the banking sector

Duration: Contract is set to end in March of 2027

Language: Fluent knowledge of both German and English is needed.
