Product Owner

We're working with a major financial services company going through an exciting transformation. With loads of investment going into digital, they're building out a brand new Product team - and there's now a great opportunity for a Product Owner to join the journey.

This is a brilliant role for someone who's got a solid understanding of product ownership and Agile delivery, and is keen to grow their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Day to day looks like:

• Supporting the Senior Product Owner to shape and prioritise the product backlog
• Working with Agile delivery teams to bring new features to life
• Getting stuck into customer research and insights to understand what really matters
• Helping define user stories, requirements, and product improvements
• Working on customer-facing platforms - including Salesforce CRM and mobile/web apps
• Keeping close to the full product lifecycle - from discovery through to delivery and beyond

What you will bring:

• Some experience or solid knowledge of product ownership and Agile ways of working
• An interest in customer journeys and digital B2C experiences
• Great communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams
• A curious mindset - someone who likes to ask questions, dig into data, and find the right problems to solve
• Any exposure to Salesforce, customer apps, or financial services is a big plus
