We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Product Owner to lead strategic delivery and continuous enhancement of CRM solutions across business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Client Due Diligence (CDD) Onboarding, and Case Management. The ideal candidate will combine strong business vision with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring CRM initiatives align with organisational goals and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.

  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog, balancing value, risk, and business needs to guide development teams effectively.

  • Conduct discovery and gap analysis sessions to understand current processes and identify CRM solutions to meet evolving requirements.

  • Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation to support Agile delivery.

  • Design and support integration and migration strategies between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and user adoption.

  • Provide expert functional guidance on Dynamics 365 features, particularly within the banking domain.

  • Support user training, documentation, and post-implementation support while ensuring CRM scalability and performance.

  • Work closely with offshore Agile teams, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (excluding F&O).

  • Proven track record as a Product Owner or Dynamics 365 Certified Consultant.

  • Strong background in banking or financial services CRM implementations.

  • Expertise in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Case Management, and CDD Onboarding modules.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Hands on experience with Agile methodology and managing distributed teams.

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with a detail oriented mindset.
