To drive this transformation, we're hiring a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Matching and Bookings - a critical part of our product that connects homeowners with the right trade and converts that intent into confirmed jobs.
This role is perfect for someone who blends strategic thinking with flawless delivery execution. You'll work across teams to reimagine how we surface the best trade for the job and streamline the path to booking - making home improvement frictionless, fast, and trusted.
What You'll Be DoingReporting to the Principal Product Manager (Marketplace), you'll be responsible for delivering the roadmap that powers the full funnel from match to booking. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design & Operations Teams.
Your key responsibilities:
Translate product vision into strategy: Support the definition and continual refinement of our strategy for matching and booking experiences, aligned with our transition to a bookable marketplace.
Own and deliver impactful features: Define clear product requirements, prioritise ruthlessly, and lead the execution of features that improve how consumers connect with and book trades.
Partner closely with engineering: Act as the go-to product partner in delivery - clarifying scope, unblocking decisions, and ensuring quality releases that ship on time.
Optimise conversion and quality: Use experimentation and data to improve match relevance, reduce booking friction, and grow engagement. Familiarity with ML-driven logic is a bonus.
Align the business: Work with stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, and Marketing to ensure the experience is scalable, meets SLAs, and reflects real-world operational needs.
Own GTM: Drive go-to-market planning for new capabilities, including messaging, comms, and internal enablement tools like FAQs, videos, and walkthroughs.
Experience in consumer-facing marketplaces, especially in matching, routing, or conversion funnels.
Proven ability to drive execution - taking ideas from concept to live, iteratively and efficiently.
Strong technical and analytical skills - able to speak the language of engineers and use data to validate decisions.
A user-centric mindset with a passion for crafting intuitive, high-performing journeys.
Confident communicator and collaborator - capable of aligning stakeholders, surfacing trade-offs, and keeping momentum.
A bias for action - you're comfortable working in ambiguity and get energy from delivering tangible outcomes.
Own the most critical step in our marketplace journey - going from intent to booked job.
