Product Manager EMEA - Medical Device

A global MedTech company is looking for a Product Manager EMEA to manage the portfolio. This is a technically advanced portfolio with high visibility and multiple priorities ahead.Description: You will be part of the EMEA Marketing team, collaborating with Regional and Country stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and business outcomes.Responsibilities:- Manage and grow the Medical Device portfolio across EMEA.- Lead marketing planning, market insights, go-to-market messaging, and pricing.- Drive product launches end-to-end, including downstream lifecycle management, together with the PLCM manager, and coordinate with Product Managers in each country; align with Regional and Global teams for execution and stakeholder engagement.- Support value-selling through digital marketing, omnichannel engagement, and professional programs.- Analyze performance, in collaboration with the supply chain team, to identify opportunities to strengthen the business.- Ensure cross-functional project collaboration within a complex environment.Requirements:- Significant experience in Product Management ( 5 years), ideally with portfolio ownership.- Experience in Medical Devices.- Experience in a complex setting (regional EU/EMEA scope, including country and global teams).- Proven track record in product launches and preferably portfolio business acumen.- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers.- Ability to learn quickly, adapt rapidly, and work autonomously.- Problem-solving mindset, hands-on approach, and capability to perform in a demanding environment.- Fluent in English.- Able to work on-site Monday to Thursday and remotely on Fridays.Job Offer:- Start: April- End: February/March (includes handover before and after)- Lemanic Arc Switzerland - On-site Monday to Thursday, remote on Fridays.- Contract: Interim, 100%.Why This Role Is Exciting:- High visibility portfolio - The fastest growing portfolio across the division.- Multiple product launches with strong impact in a dynamic environment.- Opportunity to work at the intersection of Global, Regional, and Local teams, offering significant exposure over 10 months. jidf39534aaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
