As the GamingProduct Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and implementationof gaming strategy for both Flight Club and Electric Shuffle within avenue-based gaming environment. This role sits at the intersection of gameplay,guest experience, and commercial performance, ensuring that digital andphysical gaming experiences are integrated in a coherent, engaging, andscalable manner.
You willtranslate strategy into execution through clear product direction,prioritisation, and coordination across teams, with a strong focus on howguests play, compete, and interact in the venues.
Key responsibilities will include:- Support the delivery of theproduct vision, feature sets, and roadmap across digital, physical, andsocial gaming experiences, working closely with senior product andcommercial leadership.
- Translate agreed strategy intoa clear, prioritised, and actionable development backlog.
- Coordinate delivery acrossteams, ensuring dependencies and integrations are well understood andplanned.
- Monitor product performanceand highlight insights, trends, and opportunities using guest sentiment,UX feedback, operational signals, and commercial data to informdecision-making.
- Coordinate the ongoingdevelopment and evolution of the digital gaming layer, including on-screenand interactive gaming elements used by guests in venues.
- Support the creation of newgames and the continuous improvement of existing games.
- Help define and evolve playermanagement mechanics, progression, scoring, and game logic.
- Contribute ideas andrecommendations for new gameplay features, formats, and improvements thatenhance engagement and replayability.
- Ensure digital gameplay isusable, clear, performant, and seamlessly integrated with physical playspaces.
- Support the assessment of howthe physical gaming environment performs in support of gameplay.
- Work with venue and operationsteams to ensure physical play spaces align with and enhance the digitalgaming experience.
- Help identify friction points,opportunities for improvement, and performance issues that impact gameplayand guest experience.
- Support the delivery ofconnected guest experiences where digital gaming and physical play spacesintersect.
- Understand how guests move,interact, compete, and socialise across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Use focus groups, guestfeedback, and observation to validate that these experiences feel natural,intuitive, and engaging, working closely with the UX Specialist to ensureinsight is translated into effective experience design, without exposingunnecessary complexity behind the scenes.
- Work in close partnership withdesign and development teams using agile and scrum-based ways of working,including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, andretrospectives.
- Collaborate closely withtechnology, operations, venue, and commercial teams to ensure aligneddelivery and clear accountability.
- Act as the day-to-day productlead within scrum teams, providing clear priorities, acceptance criteria,and decision-making support.
- Use data, insight, and guestfeedback to guide prioritisation and decision-making.
- Balance innovation andexperimentation with operational stability and scalability.
- Have solid experience in a product owner, delivery, or coordination role withindigital/physical products or games.
- Experiencesupporting the delivery of complex products in cross-functional environments.
- Stronganalytical skills, with experience working with data and presenting insightsclearly to stakeholders.
- Comfortableworking in agile development environments with iterative delivery approaches.
- Strongcommunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectivelyacross multiple teams.
- Able to managecompeting priorities and support stakeholder alignment.
- Guest-focusedmindset, with an interest in understanding player behaviour and experience.
