Job Description
Sr. Consultant, Product Management

This position is part of TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice Team, which leads the development and evolution of TransUnion's Credit Information services, delivering consumer first solutions that improve financial outcomes at scale. You will report to the Director of Product and Presales - Consumer Interactive. The role is hybrid, requiring regular virtual work with in person presence at an assigned TU office location for at least two days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make the case for new product lines and enhancements based on commercial need.
  • Ensure product roadmaps reflect market dynamics, client challenges, the competitive landscape, and sales requirements while accurately assessing and monitoring costs.
  • Prioritise resources across the product line, balancing conflicting requirements of product, market, and technical priorities.
  • Act as the main interface between Product Development and line of business teams, ensuring product strategy and roadmaps are clearly communicated.
  • Apply best practices and internal/external business knowledge to improve products, services, or processes.
  • Engage key stakeholders to drive development and completion of projects, aligning with business strategy, Group policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and leadership on specific projects, methodological changes, or system developments where appropriate.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Proven track record in product management and sales enablement.
  • Capable of working to financial targets.
  • Commercially astute with a history of delivering on forecasting and budgeting requirements.
  • Strong understanding of key markets and trends, coupled with enthusiasm for innovation and new technology.
  • Highly articulate with effective verbal and written communication skills to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Disciplined with strong planning and organisation skills and the ability to balance multiple conflicting priorities.
