Rate: up £600pd Inside IR35 (dependent on experience)
Duration: 12 months
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our client on a 12-month contract in Manchester. This role requires a strong background in financial services, and is a commercially focused, outcome-driven position where you will act as the link between internal stakeholders and the development team.
This role does not involve line management but requires a strong leadership presence to effectively drive priorities, build roadmaps, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap in line with strategic objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders (eg Legal, Compliance etc) and the development function.
- Apply data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure product performance.
- Partner with a growing team of developers.
- Ensure compliance and legal considerations are factored into product development.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Product Manager within financial services.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to navigate conversations with senior leaders and technical teams alike.
- Comfortable building and presenting roadmaps, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide priorities.
