We're looking for a commercially-minded Product Manager to take ownership of a specialist product portfolio within a well-established, market-leading organisation in the construction sector. This is a role for someone who enjoys blending strategic thinking with hands-on product delivery, where you'll shape the direction of your products from initial concept through to launch and beyond.

You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on innovation, customer experience, and long-term business growth. From analysing market trends and spotting opportunities, to leading new product introductions and managing existing ranges, you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning a portfolio of products from development to retirement, maximising performance and profitability

  • Bringing new products to market through a structured, stage-gate approach

  • Identifying trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation

  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful launches

  • Managing pricing, positioning, and portfolio optimisation initiatives

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for your category, both internally and externally

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or a related industry

  • Strong commercial awareness and an ability to turn market insight into viable business propositions

  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence at all levels

  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other sites (up to 25%)

What's on offer:
Alongside a competitive salary and company car/allowance, you'll have access to a range of benefits, including a performance-related bonus, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
