Reporting to the Senior Director, Product & Innovation, we're looking for a talented Product Manager to join our Product team in London. We're on a mission to help our customers save and earn money every time they shop. As a Product Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering the digital products that help connect customers to the best deals from our merchants. The product team at VoucherCodes works across every digital surface our customers and merchants interact with, ensuring that we're consistently driving growth and engagement. In this role, you will oversee products and features through the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data, to develop and optimise products that align with our mission. The successful candidate will have proven experience in product management, a strong desire to understand customer needs, and the ability to lead teams in delivering innovative solutions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. What we're looking for: 
- At least 3 years experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, preferably within e-commerce, marketplaces or consumer products A strong track record of building products that create meaningful impact and growth, positively driving customer and commercial outcomes Understanding of customer behaviour metrics, including how to drive user engagement and retention Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders A customer-centric mindset with experience in gathering and utilising customer insights and data to inform product decisions You are comfortable working across the whole product lifecycle, including strategy, working day to day with your engineers and designers to bring products to life and creating a plan to go to market Effective communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to share ideas and decisions with both technical and non-technical audiences across the organisation A curious mindset, particularly around how emerging technologies - like Generative AI - might enhance our work Experience of building consumer products across mobile and app, and an understanding of the complexities of launching installable products Nice to have: experience with browser extensions and the affiliate industry is a bonus
- As well as shaping the vision and strategy for the products you're building, you'll be collaborating with engineering and design partners to deliver impactful solutions Making data-informed decisions by leveraging a range of techniques, including A/B testing, to validate hypotheses and optimise product performance Continuously enhancing products based on user feedback, performance data, and market trends Prioritising effectively, focusing on impactful outcomes while clearly communicating trade-offs to your stakeholders and maintaining alignment You'll have access to AI tools to help you focus on creating impact You'll be part of a tightly knit product and design team, and be able to have a real impact on how we operate and work together
