Job requirements

• Exceptional team player with the ability to build strong relationships
• You will need to be innovative, creative and resourceful
• Experience in dealing with luxury product is desired
• The ability to travel to destinations on a regular basis
• Excellent negotiation skills, high commercial acumen
• Proven experience in product management or similar role in the travel industry

Job responsibilities

• Source and negotiate new product, ensuring competitiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional products and services
• Negotiate rates and special offers and conduct competitor analysis
• Optimise pricing and yield to maximise business contribution
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximise destination success
• Pioneer new destinations, including research, negotiations, and launch planning
• Act as a key point of contact, driving excellent service for partners
• Build and maintain excellent relationships suppliers, and partners
