Are you passionate about unlocking the power of data to drive smarter decisions? We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Product Manager to lead the future of our data and insights offering. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love collaborating across teams, and want to shape the reporting and dashboard tools people rely on every day, this role is for you.

Who We Are

We're an award winning, fully remote tech company that believes in long term growth over short term hype. Our culture is built on collaboration, innovation, and well being, recognised with a coveted workplace award. We invest in our people and empower everyone to solve real world problems with meaningful, data fuelled solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Define the roadmap and long-term vision for our reporting, dashboard, and insights capabilities.
  • Identify and prioritise new features that deliver clear value for users.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including data, development, design, QA, and marketing.
  • Act as the link between technical teams and stakeholders, making sure everyone's aligned and informed.
  • Dig deep into user needs and operational pain points to deliver solutions that really matter.
  • Guide the product from concept to launch (and beyond!), tracking performance and gathering feedback along the way.
  • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as needed.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings so our product stays ahead.

Who You Are

  • Curious, empathetic, and focused on truly understanding users.
  • Experienced in delivering successful data, reporting, or analytics products.
  • Interested in tech and how businesses can use data more effectively.
  • Skilled communicator, leader, and project manager.
  • Comfortable balancing priorities in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical, with a knack for creative problem solving.
  • Hold a degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics).
  • Have 3+ years in a product focused role involving reporting or analytics.

Bonus points if you have experience with AI, dashboards, SaaS or B2B tech products, or sectors like logistics and supply chain.
