Product Lead - Defence Tech & Autonomous Systems (Hybrid)

ConSol Partners is seeking a Product Lead to own the strategy for defence technology products in Bristol, with a hybrid work pattern.

You will shape the product vision from concept to market adoption, and engage with customers, operators and engineers to balance operational context with commercial opportunity.

The role requires a strong background in defence/ EW/ autonomy and an ability to drive market-led innovation beyond contract requirements, in a collaborative, agile environment.
