About the Role:Reporting to the PFM Manager UK & Ireland within the Supply Chain department, this role is vital in managing Ferrero's product documentation processes and overseeing product changes across key divisions. The main goal is to ensure efficient tracking, monitoring, and execution of process flows, aligning with Ferrero's systems and ensuring a smooth route to market.
This position offers high visibility and involves collaboration with departments such as Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, International PFM teams, R&D, Pack Deployment, Co-pack, and Legal/PR. It is a dynamic role central to new product launches and cross-functional coordination.
Main Responsibilities:As a Product Flow Management Specialist, you will ensure seamless flow of product information across systems and teams, supporting smooth, compliant, and timely launches. Your responsibilities include managing product documentation (RDP/RDE), coordinating marketing inputs, and addressing downstream process challenges proactively.
You will lead the artwork development process, liaising with internal teams and external agencies to meet regulatory and brand standards. Managing complex restyling projects and multi-language packaging will be part of your duties.
You will handle Foglio 8 requests for new SKUs, evaluate template proposals, and drive process improvements across systems. Accurate master data management will support co-packing and customer delivery, and you will oversee compliance with Green Tax regulations, ensuring timely data submissions and accurate product records in the PIM platform.
Who we are looking for:We seek a detail-oriented, proactive individual with experience in supply chain operations-industrial, warehouse, or commercial. Experience in FMCG or retail sectors and project management is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and levels.
A solid understanding of end-to-end business and supply chain processes, supported by analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), is required. Familiarity with SAP, particularly Material Master Data Management, is strongly preferred.
