The core business is through the traditional Builders Merchants division. Main brands include Chadwicks, Cork Builders Providers, Davies & Telfords. Principle Objective

The Product File Administrator will ensure accurate and timely updates of product prices within our in-house system. This position involves close collaboration with category managers and suppliers to gather updates on prices and product information, as well as serving as the point of contact for any price-related queries or issues with the system.

Knowledge & Experience

• Proven experience in data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & achieve tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily updates of product prices using our in-house system through accurate and efficient data entry.
• Liaise with category managers and suppliers to obtain updates on prices and product information, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected in the system.
• Monitor pricing discrepancies and inconsistencies, promptly investigating and resolving any issues to maintain data integrity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding price-related queries or concerns, providing timely and effective support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements related to product pricing.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and industry developments to inform pricing decisions and recommendations.
