The Opportunity

A leading, fast-growing insurance intermediary is seeking an experienced Product Executive to join its product and partnerships team. This is a key commercial role focused on insurance product performance, insurer relationships, pricing competitiveness, and data-driven growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, insurer partners, and internal teams to ensure the business has best-in-market products and pricing, while supporting strong conversion and retention outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of strong commercial relationships with insurer partners
  • Assist in building business cases to improve product offering, pricing, and performance
  • Set, track, and manage insurer KPIs aligned to business targets
  • Produce regular performance packs and insights for insurer partners
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to improve quotability, conversion, and retention
  • Act as a key liaison between underwriting teams and sales/contact centre functions
  • Challenge insurer pricing and underwriting decisions using performance and market data
  • Deliver cross-functional projects aligned to trading and growth objectivesSupport ad-hoc product and performance initiatives as required
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with personal lines insurance products
  • Strong understanding of insurance P&Ls, pricing, and underwriting performance
  • CIP qualified (or equivalent)
  • Degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline is advantageous

  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
