Product Director, Fiat Payments & Banking Platform (Hybrid)

the company seeks a Product Director, Core Banking & Payments to own end-to-end strategy for fiat pay-in (deposits) and pay-out (off-ramp) across global markets. You will decide rails, banks, and routing, driving total funds flow, acceptance rates, settlement speed, and cost-per-transaction for Retail, Private, and Institutional clients.

Lead commercial negotiations, build scalable banking partnerships, and implement a dynamic routing engine for real-time rail selection.
