Product Development Lead (Automotive)

We are looking for Product Development Lead for our team in Valencia to work in one of the most important Tier 1 in the automotive sector.

Missions:

• Lead the product definition, completed by the Design and Development Leader, to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Establish and manage the bill of materials.
• Lead the action plan to resolve all technical issues (including perceived quality issues).
• Ensure feasibility of process customers in accordance with best practices, standards and guidelines, including ergonomics standards.
• Be responsible for complete product and process validation, to achieve parts and production process approval (PPAP) on time and in compliance with OEM and legal requirements (S/R, Environment ).
• Define the design validation plan and ensure its success.
• Ensure that the product target costs comply with the program requirements.
• Be the main technical representative to the customer.
• Manage work teams and encourage their professional development.

Requirements:

• Higher studies.
• Previous experience (+ 4 years) as Product Development Lead in automotive.
• Experience with aesthetical plastic parts.
• High level of English and Spanish.
• Location: Valencia.
