Job Description
Senior Product Designer (UX) - SME Platform

12-Month Rolling Contract

Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week)

We are partnering with a leading organisation to hire a Senior Product Designer for their Small to Medium Enterprises (SME) product team. This team is building a new, business-critical platform and is looking for an experienced designer to lead the creation of intuitive, user-centred product experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on an enterprise-grade suite of cybersecurity products, collaborating closely with Product and R&D in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will take ownership of end-to-end design across multiple product initiatives, helping shape both the user experience and overall product direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end design of product features, from discovery and user research through to high-fidelity designs and implementation
  • Translate complex workflows and technical use cases into simple, intuitive, and valuable user experiences
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to define product strategy and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Use data, research, and user empathy to guide design decisions and continuous iteration
  • Create, maintain, and scale high-quality design assets in Figma
  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and interaction specifications that clearly communicate intent
  • Contribute to and help maintain a consistent UX Design System across products
  • Champion collaboration, feedback, and inclusion within the design team
  • Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
About You

You are a confident, hands-on designer who enjoys solving complex problems and owning work from concept through delivery.

Required experience & Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience designing UX for enterprise-level web applications
  • Deep knowledge of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and design systems
  • High proficiency in Figma (experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision also valued)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality, pixel-perfect design
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning initiatives end to end
  • experience or exposure to cybersecurity products or concepts is a strong advantage
