Product Adoption & Change Lead

easyJet hires a Product Adoption Lead to drive cross-functional adoption of new products for cabin crew and pilots. Based in Luton with a hybrid pattern, you will shape adoption strategies from discovery to scaled use, using qualitative and quantitative insights to remove barriers and demonstrate value.

You'll collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Leads, Engineers and business leaders, building practical change plans and coaching managers to embed adoption into planning and delivery.
