Procurement Transformation Programme Lead

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking an Programme Manager to lead the procurement transformation across the Council. You will drive end to end delivery of the hybrid hub and spoke operating model, coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure benefits realisation aligns with financial targets.

The role requires extensive experience in public sector programmes, superb stakeholder engagement and the ability to translate strategy into practical delivery plans for senior audiences.
