Procurement Specialist Madrid

We are an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA and Asia. We are seeking Procurement Specialist with expertise in Professional Services to work in one of our valued client offices in Madrid, Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for outsourcing, consulting, recruitment, training, and more.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.
• Analyze market trends, forecast costs, and implement cost control plans.
• Develop and optimize procurement models and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in service procurement.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing, HR services, consulting, and market research procurement.
• Experience in in-house HR procurement is a plus!
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (must) - Other languages are a plus!
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
